Overview

Mapistry products are custom-made digital designs, created instantly based on the location and details you provide. Because each item is personalised and viewable before purchase, these products are generally non-refundable.

However, we want every customer to be happy with their order. Refunds can be offered in certain circumstances, as outlined below.

When Refunds Can Be Offered

Although most digital personalised items are not eligible for a refund, we may issue one when:

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download.
  • A technical issue caused the final design to differ significantly from the preview you approved.
  • You were charged in error, such as a duplicate payment or incorrect amount.
  • We are unable to provide the product as described due to a system fault on our side.

Refunds may also be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion if there is a genuine issue with your order.

When Refunds Cannot Be Offered

We’re unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect details (e.g., spelling, dates, or locations) entered by the customer
  • Situations where the preview matched the delivered product
  • Digital items that have already been downloaded and function correctly

Corrections & Replacements

If there is an error in your file or something doesn’t look right, we will happily correct or regenerate the artwork free of charge.

Proof of Purchase

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A description or screenshot of the issue
